• Second-team All-American (Steeplechase, 2022)

Senior (2021-22)

Outdoor Track & Field
• Earned second-team All-America honors as she ran a career-best 9:47.36 for 13th in the steeplechase semifinals at the NCAA Outdoor Championships (June 8-11).
• Qualified for the NCAA Championships by running a career-best 9:49.17 for 5th in the steeplechase quarterfinals at the NCAA East Preliminaries (May 25-28).
• Ran 10:02.49 for 2nd in the steeplechase final at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships (May 13-15). Also ran 16:29.87 for 7th in the 5000 meter run final.
• Ran 4:22.78 for 3rd in the 1500 meter run final at the Len Paddock Open (May 7).
• Ran 4:23.60 for 7th in the 1500 meter run final at the Drake Relays (April 28-30).
• Ran a career-best 16:01.59 for 4th in the 5000 meter run final at the Mt. SAC Relays (April 14-16).
• Ran 10:02.46 for 2nd in the steeplechase final at the Stanford Invitational (April 1-2).

Indoor Track & Field
• Ran 16:30.60 for 4th in the 5000 meter run final at the Big Ten Indoor Championships (Feb. 25-26). Also ran a career-best 9:14.26 for 5th in the 3000 meter run final.
• Ran a career-best 4:44.81 for the win in the mile final at the Alex Wilson Invitational (Feb. 19).
• Ran a career-best 9:19.57 for 8th in the 3000 meter run final at the Meyo Invitational (Feb. 5).
• Ran a career-best 4:47.25 in the mile for 3rd at the Indiana Relays (Jan. 28-29) in the unseeded section, and ran 2:12.46 for 14th at 800 meters.
• Ran 4:59.17 in the mile for 5th at the Michigan Invitational (Jan. 22)

Cross Country
• Ran 20:21.3 over six kilometers (3.73 miles) to finish 79th at the NCAA Championships (Nov. 20), coming in as the Wolverines’ No. 2 runner.
• Ran 20:12.3 over six kilometers (3.73 miles) to finish 11th at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 12), coming in as the Wolverines’ No. 3 runner.
• Ran 20:45.5 over six kilometers (3.73 miles) to finish 6th at the Big Ten Championships (Oct. 29), coming in as the Wolverines’ No. 2 runner.
• Ran 20:54.5 over six kilometers (3.73 miles) to finish 4th at the Penn State National Open (Oct. 15), coming in as the Wolverines’ No. 3 runner.
• Ran 16:41.3 over five kilometers (3.11 miles) to finish 2nd at the Greater Louisville Classic (Oct. 2), coming in as the Wolverines’ No. 1 runner.
• Ran 20:49.7 over six kilometers (3.73 miles) to finish 6th at the Penn State Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational (Sept. 10), coming in as the Wolverines’ No. 2 runner.
• Ran 17:19.2 over five kilometers (3.11 miles) to finish 3rd at the Michigan Open (Sept. 3), coming in as the Wolverines’ No. 3 runner.

Junior (2020-21)

Outdoor Track & Field
• Competing unattached, ran 9:55.73 to win the steeplechase at the Music City Track Carnival on June 4.
• Ran 10:11.78 in the steeplechase for 6th at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships (May 14-16), scoring three points for the Wolverines in her debut in the event.
• Ran a career-best 4:21.62 in the 1500 meter run for 2nd at the B1G Len Paddock Open (May 8)
• Ran a career-best 16:22.94 in the 5000 meter run for 9th at the B1G Billy Hayes Invitational (April 30-May 1)
• Ran a career-best 4:26.57 in the 1500 meter run for 9th at the B1G Indiana Invitational #3 (April 16)

Indoor Track & Field
• Ran a career-best 9:28.01 in the 3000 meter run for 10th at the Big Ten Indoor Championships (Feb. 25-27)
• Ran a career-best 9:34.44 in the 3000 meter run for 4th at the SPIRE B1G Invitational (Feb. 12-13)
• Ran 9:48.71 in the 3000 meter run for 3rd at the Gladstein Invitational (Jan. 23)

Cross Country
• Ran 21:53.3 over 6 kilometers (3.73 miles) to finish 152nd at the NCAA Cross Country Championships (March 15)
• Ran 21:22.0 over 6 kilometers (3.73 miles) to finish 6th at the Florida State Winter Last Chance Invitational (March 5)

Sophomore (2019-20)

Outdoor Track & Field
• Due to the global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the 2020 outdoor season was not contested. To help prevent the spread of the virus, the University of Michigan suspended all athletic activities, including practices, effective March 12.

Indoor Track & Field
• Redshirted.

Cross Country
• Did not compete

Before Michigan

After transferring from Baylor, has four years of remaining eligibility in cross country, and three for both indoor and outdoor track and field…
